The wholesale price for each item ranges between 45%-75%(average) of the retail price.

Ordering |
Orders may only be placed through our shopping cart.
Minimum order depends on the items.
Clients receive email notificaion when each new range has been released.
If any stock which has been ordered cannot be provided you will not be
charged in your invoice.

Payment terms |
All wholesale orders are payable by Bank transfer only.
We accept PayPal for wholesale orders under 50,000JPY.
We accept only full payment in advance. You may send payment by telegraphic
transfer(TT) or wire transfer to our bank under intimation to us. On request
we will provide you the bank details.
Once the invoice is raised in the MyPage, payment must be made within 7 business days. Orders will be dismantled after 7 business days if payment has not been made, or otherwise arranged.

Shipping |
Shipping within Japan is free.
International orders are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL or SEA (Sea Mail).
International orders pay actual shipping costs and insurance.
The dealer assumes all costs pertaining to the transportaion of the products
sold by Japan Wholesale to the dealer's specified "ship to" address.
Once the invoice for the shipping cost is raised in the MyPage, payment
must be made within 7 business days. Parcels will be disposed or returned to makers after 30 business days
if payment has not been made, or otherwise arranged. In this case, we are
not able to refund the amount.
Approximate freight price based on the goods to be delivered via EMS/DHL/SEA will be on "International shipping cost" page. |

Customs (for International shipping) |
| International customers are responsible for all costs relationg to duty
charges, customs and brokerage fees. |

Cancelled / Refused orders |
| A restocking fee of 10% (minimum 10,000JPY, whichever is greater) will be charged on all cancelled or refused invoiced orders. |

Return order |
Japan Wholesale will accept returns for wholesale orders only in the circumstance
of manufacturer's defects, or in the case of shipment containing the wrong
sizes / style / colors.

Damage / Lost during shipping |
| EMS/DHL/SEA will cover items damaged or lost. |
