Payment for the items |

Payment must be made in advance. Your payment will be confirmed within 24 hours (except weekends and national holidays in Japan) After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email
and the payment status will be displayed in your MyPage.
*The payment for the items must be made within 7 business days by Paypal or bank transfer.
Payment method
PayPal-can be used up to 50,000JPY (Total amount).
Bank transfer-There is no upper limit. (The bank transfer charge will be charged to

Delivery of your items to us |

Your ordered items will arrive at Japan Wholesale warehouse from each maker
/ wholesaler separately. The arrival information will be displayed in your
MyPage.
*If any item is out of stock on your order, we will refund the balance
into your registered account. |

|
After your items are all delivered to us, they will be packed and weighed
at Japan Wholesale warehouse. |

Payment for the shipping cost |

When your parcel is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a notification
email for the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be displayed in your
MyPage.
*The payment for the items must be made within 7 business days by PayPal.
